German Car Day at the Museum of Transportation

22 June 1997

I took these pictures at the German Car Day at the Museum of Transportation in Brookline, MA. It was a lot of fun and I didn't get to spend as much time there as I would have liked. I was surprised to see two Mercedes SLKs, but no BMW Z3 or Porsche Boxsters (I didn't bring mine.)

The black speedster was the most amazing example I have seen. You would swear that it just came out of the factory that very day. The engine was so clean you could eat off it.

I didn't expect to see the three Opel GTs there. They are pretty rare these days, at least here on the east coast.

These photos were taken with the Olympus D-300L digital camera.
